About the Role

We're seeking a skilled recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, and client management. As a startup recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract top talent for our clients
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sales and marketing teams, and product and design teams
  • Drive business growth through effective recruitment strategies and client management
  • Work collaboratively with our account managers and clients to ensure a smooth interview process
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, business development, and client management
  • Proven business and client development experience
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Flexible hours and the luxury of working from home
