About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our customers on our DMS software.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers, ensuring they are fully proficient in using our software.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and features, and provide training and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of new training materials and programs to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or training role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
