The Opportunity

PBS Systems is a leading provider of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to the North American retail automotive industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Software Trainer to join our team in Calgary.

The Role

As an Automotive Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on our Dealer Management System (DMS). This will include virtual training, online and on-the-phone support, as well as on-site training at customer locations throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on our DMS
  • Provide excellent customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our sales and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Travel frequently to customer locations throughout North America
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS Systems
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
