The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) training team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and training on our PBS software.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide expert training and support to new and existing customers on our PBS software, with a focus on the Parts module.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software and its applications in the automotive industry.
  • Collaborate with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and training experiences for our customers.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America to provide on-site training and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs and services.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance our training and support offerings.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in the parts area of a dealership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a valid full-class driver's license.
