At PBS Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have the necessary skills to get the most out of our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

The Opportunity:

The Role:

As an Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our customers on the Service module of our DMS. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs, providing tailored training sessions, and ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our software effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop an understanding of our Dealer Management Software (DMS)
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on the Service module of our DMS
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers as needed
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of our DMS

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the service area of a dealership preferred
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment or PBS is preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving & trouble-shooting skills
  • Effective time management & organizational skills
  • Strong multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Strong documentation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
