Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Office Operations
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, mail, and supply management.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Language and Work Schedule
- Fluency in English is required.
- 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
