About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at TREHAN TAX LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, mail, and supply management.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Language and Work Schedule
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
