Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Ensure the office is well-organized, maintain supplies, and assist with data entry and filing.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
