Job Summary
At MATRIC SECURITY, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, managing department operations, and planning daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative services to ensure efficient operations
- Manage department operations, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily activities
- Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
- Hire and train staff, or arrange for training
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees
- Manage events and ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English language proficiency
Working Conditions
- Permanent position
- 30 hours per week
