We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Store Administrator to join our team at No Frills. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store administration tasks, and supporting the store manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store administration tasks, including HR, accounting, and finance duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and colleagues.
  • Assist the store manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the front-end team, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
  • Manage the cash office, including safe, paperwork, and operations.
  • Be a customer service, policy, and health & safety role model.
  • Be proactive in the recruitment cycle of the hourly workforce.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with company systems, such as Swedamart, Workday, and SAP, would be an asset.
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and commitment to contributing to store team results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • People management experience and leadership skills would be an asset.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable store/office environment.
  • Computer skills, including PC applications, Outlook, Word, and Excel, would be an asset.
