About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Assessor to join our team at BC Hydro.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate real property for valuation purposes.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and information.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy in valuation assessments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property assessment or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and field work.

Work term: Temporary.

Work language: English.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
