Job Title: National Property Specialist

At Xpera, we are seeking a highly skilled National Property Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert valuation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections and gather data to provide accurate valuations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
  • Utilize Xactimate estimating software to provide detailed estimates and valuations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Construction/Building Science, Construction Management, Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating and project management in the construction, restoration, or insurance industry.
  • Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel extensively.
