Community Rehabilitation Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Rehabilitation Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Richmond Support Society.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing offenders' prospects for successful reintegration into the community and planning rehabilitation programs with offenders, establishing rules of conduct, goals, and objectives. This role involves assessing clients' relevant skill strengths and development needs, maintaining program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research, and assisting clients/guests with special needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of offenders' prospects for successful reintegration into the community
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of each offender
- Collaborate with offenders to establish clear goals and objectives for their rehabilitation
- Assess and develop strategies to improve offenders' relevant skill strengths and development needs
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
- Provide support and assistance to clients/guests with special needs
- A competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
