Rehabilitation Officer

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Officer to join our team at Red 5 People. As a key member of our community hub, you will play a vital role in supporting ex-offenders in their journey towards rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, providing guidance on accessing housing, benefits, and employment opportunities.
- Facilitate access to on-site facilities, including a gym, music studios, and arts and crafts areas.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients in achieving their goals, including budgeting, cooking, and wellness.
- Collaborate with support workers to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for clients.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working within the criminal justice system, preferably in a role such as a prison officer, resettlement officer, or probation officer. Alternatively, you may have experience supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis in roles such as a project worker, support worker, or employment advisor.
