Rehabilitation Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Officer to join our team at Red 5 People. As a Rehabilitation Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting ex-offenders in their transition back into the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of clients through one-to-one sessions, providing support and guidance to help them access housing, benefits, and employment opportunities.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
- Work closely with other agencies and organizations to provide a comprehensive support network for clients.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and make adjustments to their plans as needed.
- Experience working with ex-offenders or in a related field, such as criminal justice, social work, or community development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Knowledge of local services and resources, with the ability to navigate complex systems and make effective referrals.
