We are seeking a highly organized Construction Project Manager to join our team at Alliance Exteriors Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in construction, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, planning and organizing daily operations, selecting trade subcontractors, hiring and supervising their activities, and preparing construction schedules and milestones.

In addition, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control, operating CADD and other computer software systems, reading blueprints, schemas, and drawings, and managing budgets. You will also develop and implement quality control programs, prepare reports, and determine the scheduling of production.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

You will need to possess AutoCAD, SketchUp, and project management software skills. Additionally, you should have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various project sites as needed.
