  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning teams.

Requirements:

  • Varying years of experience in construction and a minimum of 2-4 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in structural concrete, steel, and timber frame construction.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 15M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
