Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail sales management, with experience in directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating performance, planning and organizing daily activities, managing staff, and determining merchandise and services to be sold. You will also be responsible for implementing pricing and credit policies, locating and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.

Responsibilities:

- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
