We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Wholesale Sales Professional, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences on our platforms. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your sales expertise and contribute to revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase dealer purchase behavior within an assigned region on our platforms
  • Grow buyer penetration and loyalty on our platforms
  • Maintain a 100% compliance rate on Salesforce utilization for assigned accounts
  • Re-engage or reactivate fallout sellers for OPENLANE
  • Handle and close at-auction if-bids for OPENLANE
  • Maintain high conversion rates on at-auction if-bids
  • Collaborate with Dealer Relations and Outside Sales teams for exceptional customer experiences
  • Drive dealer sales growth through strategic and innovative ideas
  • Utilize our technology toolbox to gain market share and grow assigned book of business
  • Generate revenue through the sale of at-auction ancillary services
  • Maintain customer relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and telephone conversation skills
  • General knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to persevere and remain positive in challenging situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain composure and quality of output in high-pressure environments
  • Good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license in the province of employment
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM, a plus
