TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to fill a Registered Physiotherapist - Orthopedics position.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our team in Waterloo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic physiotherapy and be able to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice evidence-based physiotherapy and utilize appropriate outcome measures.
  • Utilize professional judgment and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and others to achieve collaboration and service coordination.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for patients based on assessment findings and patient feedback.
  • Participate in program development to support health and wellness for individuals, groups, and communities.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Strong orthopedic skills with a background in strength and conditioning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
