Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic physiotherapy and be able to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice evidence-based physiotherapy and utilize appropriate outcome measures to assess patient progress.
  • Utilize professional judgment and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with clients, team members, and other healthcare professionals to achieve seamless service coordination.
  • Provide high-quality treatment for patients based on assessment findings and patient feedback.
  • Contribute to program development to support health and wellness for individuals, groups, and communities.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Strong orthopedic skills and a background in strength and conditioning.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and proven time management skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
