TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading healthcare provider to fill a full-time Registered Physiotherapist - Orthopedics position. This role offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Physiotherapist - Orthopedics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, be registered or pending registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, and possess strong orthopedic skills with a background in strength and conditioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Practice evidence-based physiotherapy and utilize appropriate outcome measures.
  • Utilize professional judgment and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and others to achieve collaboration and service coordination.
  • Provide appropriate treatment for patients based on assessment findings and patient feedback.
  • Participate in program development to support health and wellness for individuals, groups, and communities.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate is client-minded, can multitask, and make quick decisions while using clinical and functional assessment skills related to musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions.
  • Must be flexible and demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with all team members.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with proven time management skills.
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
