Job DescriptionAs a Healthcare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of healthcare services to our residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as an intermediary between various external stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and community health organizations.
- Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring residents, updating work routes accordingly to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborating in staffing processes by receiving, training, and integrating new employees.
- Contributing to billing analysis to optimize efficiency and profitability of healthcare services.
- Maintaining accurate data entry in Symo work routes.
- In the absence of the Health Services Manager, taking charge of communication and ensuring resident trust is maintained.
- Participating in protocol establishment and maintenance for prevention and appropriate care of residents.
- Planning human resources and ensuring timely replacement of care staff as needed.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.
- Experience in personnel management.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
- OIIAQ membership.
- Up-to-date general first aid CPR/AED training.
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Comfort using computer tools.
