Job Description

As a Healthcare Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality delivery of healthcare services to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as an intermediary between various external stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and community health organizations.
  • Conducting clinical assessments and monitoring residents, updating work routes accordingly to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborating in staffing processes by receiving, training, and integrating new employees.
  • Contributing to billing analysis to optimize efficiency and profitability of healthcare services.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry in Symo work routes.
  • In the absence of the Health Services Manager, taking charge of communication and ensuring resident trust is maintained.
  • Participating in protocol establishment and maintenance for prevention and appropriate care of residents.
  • Planning human resources and ensuring timely replacement of care staff as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in nursing (DEC) or a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance or nursing.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook software.
  • OIIAQ membership.
  • Up-to-date general first aid CPR/AED training.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience.
  • Comfort using computer tools.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and the cost of living in the region.
