**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
McDougall Energy is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of **Corporate Service Coordinator** within our Corporate Operations in Sault Ste. Marie. This position will monitor compliance with all regulatory requirements, provide support, direction, and guidance to our service departments across our operations.

This position will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting service coordinators at all McDougall Energy branch locations
- Day-to-day support working in the Acumatica “Evolve” Operating System
- Regulatory inspections. (comps, gas checks, site inspections, deficiency resolution, and installations)
- Technician scheduling efficiency
- Tracking and follow-up of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service activities. And submission of monthly reporting
- Regulatory Inspection Compliance
- Technician Productivity.
- Inventory count and reconciliation
- Developing and delivering training material to Service Coordinators as required
- Onboarding, planning, and oversite to any new hire to the position of Service Coordinator
- Driving cost and efficiencies related to inventory management, installations costs and work efficiencies
- Developing key relationships with internal sales team and industry partners for business development
- Responding to customer inquiries as required

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 5 years of experience in the Service Technician industry
- Technical certification such as OBT2, G2 considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required
- Customer focused
- Located in SSM and willingness to travel on occasion to support Operations
