Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Crossroads Foods. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, as well as organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are working together effectively to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
