At Bevertec, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with existing customers, understanding their digital signage network objectives, and working with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client's network objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Understand customer objectives and work with internal teams to develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
- Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Understand and communicate pricing and turnaround times to customers.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We are looking for a client service professional who is outgoing, has an interest in learning about new technology, and has a passion for amazing content. Our Account Managers work in a fast-paced environment and need to excel with organization. They gather information from the client and act as an internal representation of the client inside our company.
