About the Role

Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at McMaster Children's Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to neonatal patients in the NICU, including ventilation management and oxygen therapy.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate nurses, other healthcare professionals, and students on respiratory care principles and practices.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Current Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario.
  • Successful Completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care (CBRC) exam.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
