We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at DR. SAEED REFAEI INC. as an Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including carrying out administrative activities of the establishment and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
