Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Jean Coutu 405. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our pharmacy runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a positive experience when visiting our pharmacy.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
- Personal Suitability: Proactive, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
