**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring, supervising, and training staff.
- Help to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that customers receive fast and friendly service.
- Assist with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
- Help to identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement in the store.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work with customers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
