**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Circle K. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.
- Help with hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with cash handling, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
