Help maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a fast and friendly shopping experience for our customers.
Assist with cash-handling, bookkeeping, and problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Planning and Organizing: Plan and organize daily tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Cash-Handling and Bookkeeping: Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, minimizing disruptions to store operations.
Advocating and Empathizing: Demonstrate empathy and understanding when dealing with customers and staff, providing support and guidance when needed.
Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Driver License: Possess a valid driver's license, as required for store operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
