Administrative Coordinator

Golden Cinnamon Indian Cuisine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks and projects.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Our office is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to be a team player, with a strong focus on accuracy, reliability, and time management.
