Administrative Coordinator

At MASKEEN CONSTRUCTION LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize productivity
- Carry out administrative activities, including record-keeping and data management
- Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Oversee payroll administration and plan budget and expenditures
As an Administrative Officer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, organization, and reliability.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
