About The Job- As a Project Director, you will lead a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area.
- You will work alongside passionate builders who have a strong desire to win and deliver profitable, on-time projects.
- The culture is built on grit and the desire to win, with success in the hearts and minds of everyone working at this contractor.
- You're a seasoned Sr. PM or Project Director ready to drive success in your own book of business within a leading national contractor.
- You have experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+.
- You have superior ability in team-building, delegation, planning, and communicating with internal and external partners.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Kelowna, offering competitive compensation and a great team and culture in which to continue your career development while delivering impactful projects.
