Project Manager

Chandos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and contractors
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including site visits, meetings, and communication with stakeholders
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello
