Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving issues
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
  • Enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement new ones as needed
  • Conduct training sessions for staff and provide feedback and coaching
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure accurate records are kept
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
