Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on customer service and hotel operations
  • Organize and maintain inventory of hotel supplies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
