Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules, enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including supplies and equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a standing position.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
