Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at 3796893 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our facilities support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Housekeeping: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and perform other light housekeeping and cleaning tasks as needed.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Aide, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
