Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at 3796893 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our facilities support staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and stock linen closets.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Environment

As a member of our facilities support staff, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available for shift or on-call work.
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
