Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Linens and Supplies: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and handle lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • General Maintenance: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, honesty.
