Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
  • Dust and vacuum furniture, carpets, and upholstered items
  • Make beds and change sheets as needed
  • Restock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Handle lost and found items and report to management
  • Assist guests with requests for extra supplies or information
  • Participate in light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding with heavy lifting and bending
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Availability for shift or on-call work
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada
