We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to manage our day-to-day administrative services in our Toronto, ON office. This role involves maintaining office operations, coordinating activities, and providing administrative support to senior leadership team members.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes proactive action to ensure the needs of the leadership team and office are met. Key responsibilities include managing mail, courier services, and correspondence; ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and stationery; maintaining vendor relationships; general housekeeping; and providing administrative support to various departments.

This role also involves troubleshooting issues with the building and landlord, communicating with local office staff regarding building updates, and maintaining common spaces tidy and organized. Additionally, the candidate will assist with employee travel bookings, manage calendaring, schedule meetings and conference calls, and prepare agendas and distribute support materials.

In terms of qualifications, we require a secondary education, preferably with a post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a relevant discipline. Three to five years of experience providing direct administrative support in an office setting would be an asset. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and possess a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.

Estimated salary range: $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
