Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hometown Furniture Kelowna. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and supervise team members
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
