Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd DBA Save on Cartridge. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise to customers and maintain a high level of sales performance.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, and dependable.

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store and supervising staff to achieve business objectives.
