Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B.C. Ltd DBA Save on Cartridge. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient store operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. The store is open 40 hours per week, and the supervisor will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
