$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and location.



Job Description



As a Sales Representative - Product Expert, you'll be responsible for:




  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Assessing customer needs and providing well-informed and specialized advice about products
  • Presenting merchandise, emphasizing item features, and recommending complementary items
  • Contributing to the merchandising of products in your department
  • Staying informed of new products and their technical applications
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
  • Working in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety


Required Skills and Qualifications



To succeed in this role, you'll need:




  • Experience in a similar sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills
