Territory Sales Representative

Bio Biscuit, a renowned Canadian pet food manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Ontario.

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced sales professional who can leverage their expertise in the pet industry to drive growth and exceed sales targets within the defined territory. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new customer opportunities, developing sales solutions, and building partnerships with distributors and retail staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and source new customer opportunities through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and needs assessment.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals as determined monthly.
- Gather and record all required customer information and store visit details into our CRM system.
- Liaise with distributor representatives and the distributor order desk to determine the status of orders and build partnerships.
- Develop sales reports for the Sales Manager in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows and consumer events to promote Oven-Baked Tradition.
- Organize and conduct product knowledge sessions (seminars) with distributor representatives and retail staff.
- A passionate team that values collaboration and innovation.

- 2-4 years of experience in sales representative position.
