As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our Indigenous community and promoting cultural understanding and awareness throughout the district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with local Indigenous communities, organizations, and leaders
  • Provide cultural support and guidance to district staff, students, and families
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to integrate Indigenous perspectives and content into curriculum and instructional practices
  • Support the development and implementation of district-wide Indigenous education initiatives

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Indigenous studies, education, social work)
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities and organizations
