BROADSIGHT CANADA EDUCATION LTD. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support our team in providing exceptional services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and staff members.
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee the preparation and management of contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Answer Electronic Enquiries: Respond to emails and other electronic communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of staff members.
  • Provide Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and staff members.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Provide support and guidance to newcomers and refugees in their job search and settlement process.
  • Mentorship Programs: Develop and implement mentorship programs to pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Youths
  • On-the-Job Training: Provide on-the-job training to youth to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship and coaching to youth to help them achieve their career goals.
Support for Indigenous People
  • Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Relationships with Indigenous Communities: Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, Indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
